Welcome to shaghf-cafe.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
All content on this Site — text, photography, logos, the Shaghf and شغف marks, the Arabic calligraphy and the overall visual identity — is owned by Shaghf Cafe and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may share links to pages here. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
We work to keep store addresses, hours, menu items, and delivery links current, but we cannot guarantee the Site is error-free at every moment. Hours and availability can change without notice. Call the store before travelling if timing matters.
The Site links to third parties — DoorDash, Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, Grubhub, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
Orders and payments happen on the delivery partner’s platform, under that partner’s terms. Shaghf is responsible for the food we prepare; the delivery partner is responsible for payment, delivery timing and refunds through their platform.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or absence of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Shaghf Cafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of the Site will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
